Compensation:  $61,000-65,000 annually

Monarch Behavioral Health is currently recruiting for a full-time Clinical Manager.  The Clinical Manager is responsible for the oversight and development of assigned clinicians on the counseling team. The person in this role will provide ongoing clinical supervision and consultation, support clinicians in following policies and procedures, and promote a positive work culture.  The Clinical Manager will also provide direct services to a caseload of clients. 

The ideal candidate is licensed in the state of Texas as an LPC-S, LMFT-S, LCSW-S, or Licensed Psychologist and has at least 4 years of experience providing direct care, preferably in a private practice environment.  They must also be well-organized and detailed in their approach to their work.

SCHEDULE REQUIREMENTS
Monday – Friday, 30 hours per week with sufficient flexibility to meet client and practice needs
This role will supervise 4-5 clinicians, including weekly supervision and group case consultation and will see an average of 20 clients per week. 

LOCATION
This role is performed mainly in the San Antonio office with opportunity to work remotely up to 1 day per week.

GENERAL DUTIES
  • Consult with their assigned clinicians as weekly or needed, providing effective and ethical interventions
  • Reviews staff schedules and ensures they are meeting their caseload requirements
  • Provides new employee training and orientation and ongoing support
  • Participates in interviewing and hiring activiities
  • Audits and evaluates and verifies employee performance
  • Identifies staff development and training needs

We are a San Antonio-based group of clinicians who provide a wide range of services including therapy & counseling, psychological assessments and testing.  We serve children, teens, and adults who are struggling with personal or family concerns.
